As part of a recurring coaching series, Debrett’s works with the Japanese executives who have recently been transferred to Europe and need immersive western social and business etiquette training.

The client realised one of the major areas of cultural difference between Japanese and European business is in public speaking and presentations.

Our experts coached each executive on how to prepare an effective speech, including key points to make, the proper use of notes, and whether to use technology or props. Video work was incorporated to help each executive understand specific areas for improvement on pacing, tone and inflection and also to ensure his unique style and personality were apparent.
