Duties Before the Wedding Day
Before the wedding day, the best man will be expected to fulfill various duties that are required of him.
He must arrange a stag night or weekend at least several weeks in advance of the wedding and making sure the ushers have the correct clothes and know what is expected of them on the day
He should meet up with the bride and groom's parents and the bridesmaids before the big day, and visit the ceremony and reception venues.He must be familiar with their layout and the timetable of events.
He is required to attend the rehearsal and introduce people that might not know each other. He usually stays with the groom the night before the wedding.
