The Speeches

Traditionally, there are three wedding speeches, delivered in a specific order with certain formalities, at the reception:
- The father of the bride
- The groom
- The best man
Toasts and speeches are both a formality, dictated by convention, and a highlight of the day - a time when everybody comes together.
Traditionally, the speeches begin with the father of the bride, followed by the groom and finally the best man. On average, the speeches last for a total of 45 minutes.
