Coffe and Tea
Some couples like to have coffee and tea at the table after the meal; others choose to allow guests to get up and help themselves.
- Trays of coffee cups and saucers that are laid out by the staff at the tables should be cleared up quickly after use.
- It is, however, cost- and time-effective to set up a separate coffee station away from the tables where guests can get up to help themselves.
- Ensure that besides coffee, tea and herbal teas are also offered.
- Big jars of petits fours and slices of wedding cake can also be placed on the serving table.
