There are many companies who offer different services and packages, from single session to a series of lessons over a few weeks/months.

The couple should have an initial discussion with the dance instructor/company. There may be a song that they want to dance to or, alternatively, the instructor can recommend a track.

Most instructors will come to the house or, if that's not suitable, will provide a studio space. Lessons usually last one to two hours. The couple should be comfortably dressed; the bride should wear shoes similar to her wedding shoe during the final lessons.
