The wedding guests must be nurtured and looked after throughout the day; bewildered and confused participants will detract from the party atmosphere.

A toastmaster or master of ceremonies is usually a welcome addition to the organisation on the day. The ushers should also be on hand to guide and inform guests, and the day should run at a natural pace.

A small amount of organisation will ensure that the day goes by without a hitch and every effort should be made to make each guest feel special. Communication is key.
