Civil Wedding Vows

Many couples wish to personalise their vows; they must check with the registrar to see if they will allow it.
The bride and groom have to say the 'legal' vows, but often something that the bride and groom have written is added.
The couple should remember to write vows that are heartfelt, appropriate and engaging for the audience.
