chance to sample an extraordinary range of food and drink, and the
cuisine of star chefs including Richard Corrigan, Francesco Mazzei,
Atul Kochhar, Vivek Singh, Pascal Aussignac, Michel Roux Jr., Brian
Hughson, Tristan Welch, Jason Atherton, Santino Busciglio, Anna
Hansen, Bryn Williams, Alessandro Bay, Giorgio Locatelli, Gary
Rhodes, Alfred Prasad and Theo Randall.
Visitors pay for their samples with Crowns (2 Crowns = £1), the
official currency of the Taste of London. An average, tapas-sized
dish costs 9 Crowns (£4.50).
