For five days in early autumn Britain's leading literary lights gather in this pretty riverside town for 100 literary events. Venues range from the Town Hall and Kenton theatre to the Phyllis Court Club and River and Rowing Museum.

The array of  speakers are drawn from the field of politics and current affairs, fiction, biography, history, lifestyle, sport and poetry and children's literature.

The full line-up for the 2013 Henley Literary Festival is yet to be announced, but authors already confirmed include Peter Snow, Giles Coren and Roy Hattersley.
