Competition only open to UK, Isle of Man and Channel Islands residents aged 18 and over, except employees of Debrett's Limited, their families, agents or any other person connected with the competition.
Competition closes at 23.59 on 28th February 2011. Winners will be notified by Debrett's by 7th March 2011. The winner is required to contact Debrett's Limited to confirm acceptance of their prize within 14 days of notification. In the event of non-acceptance within the specified period, or if the person is not contactable, Debrett's Limited reserves the right to reallocate the prize awarded to the next randomly drawn valid entry or to forfeit the prize. Simply Chateau will contact the winner within 30 days of him/her accepting their prize.
There is one prize, provided by Simply Chateau, consisting of a weekend stay for two people, sharing a room, at the luxury French château, Manoir de Kervegat. Availability may be limited, especially during peak times, and the winner's first/preferred choice of dates may not be possible to accommodate. Travel from the UK to France on a return basis and transfers in France are included. Simply Chateau shall book travel on behalf of the winner and all travel must be booked at least eight weeks prior to departure. School, Bank and National Holidays are excluded. The prize is valid for a year from date of acceptance. There is no cash alternative nor can the prize be exchanged for another offer.
Debrett's shall have no liability relating to the supply of the prize as described, which is and remains the responsibility of Simply Chateau.
All entrants agree to their name, address, email and other contact details being shared by Debrett's with Simply Château who may use such for its marketing purposes and those of its partners. Uses of personal data received by Debrett's Limited in the course of the promotion are subject to the privacy policy found on the Website. Winners' names may be published on the Website.
All entrants agree to receive the subsequent issue(s) of Debrett's Newsletter. Debrett's Limited will always enable the recipient to opt-out of receiving subsequent Newsletters by means of the Unsubscribe button in each Newsletter. In the case of opting out, entrants will need to re-register to participate in future Debrett's competitions.
