As director of programming and content, Tom Connaughton oversees all editorial, label and artist relations, social media, design and original content strategy and production. He graduated from the University of Manchester with a degree in geography, but moved straight into the music industry with a job as an A&R assistant at Columbia Records. He progressed through a series of marketing roles at Columbia, Sony Music Entertainment and MySpace, before joining VEVO in 2011. He now plays a hugely influential role in the music industry.
