Mark Tennant of Balfluig

Career: Lt The Rifle Bde (SRO); called to the Bar Inner Temple 1958 (bencher 1984); recorder of the Crown Court 1987, Master of the Supreme Court (Queen's Bench Div) 1988-2005; restored Balfluig Castle (dated 1556) in 1967 being the first to obtain a grant from the Historic Buildings Council for Scotland for a building neither inhabited nor habitable; chm Royal Orchestral Soc for Amateur Musicians 1989-2009 (pres 2009)
