Getting Fit

Debrett's has selected an extensive range of different types of exercise that will enhance your training regime. Before you start, refer to our advice on establishing a healthy target weight.

Before you start training, set some short, medium and long-term goals so that, as you achieve something, you have another to keep you going. If fitness is your goal, find a test that is fairly simple - like running a mile - and then do it monthly to see whether your times are improving.
