* unless there are specific representatives of the Queen
present such as an equerry. If the Vice Lord-Lieutenant is acting
for the Lord-Lieutenant he would take his superior's
position.
** Lord Mayors, Mayors and Chairmen of the Council would take precedence when hosting their own civic functions.
