A Lady Mayoress (i.e. the wife or other chosen female consort of a Lord Mayor) is not styled 'The Rt Hon' or 'The Rt Worshipful'.

The recommended social form of address is as follows:

Envelope	The Lady Mayoress of X,
Verbal communication	by their name
Description in conversation	Lady Mayoress or The Lady Mayoress of X

If the Lord Mayor is female, her spouse or chosen male consort is officially titled 'Consort'.
