Current Vacancies:

Debrett's is looking to recruit an experienced PA and Events Administrator to start immediately. As part of a small, dedicated team, the right candidate will have the opportunity to become involved in a variety of tasks, and will be fully supported in developing their professional skills and experience.

Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum 
Location: Mayfair, London
Job Type: Permanent - Full Time

Skills and Accountabilities:

Specific PA support to the CEO to include:

  • Diary Management
  • Travel Arrangements
  • Expenses
  • Meeting preparation
  • Preparation of Board Packs – in terms of both CEO report and compiling information
  • Attendance at Board Meetings, preparation of minutes and action points
  • Correspondence
  • Telephone
  • Building relationships with CEO contacts and their PAs, as well as representing the company to external agencies
  • Preparation of PowerPoint presentations, printing and binding

Events administration to include:

  • Event support – both planning and implementation
  • Managing guest lists
  • Maintaining a detailed CRM system
  • Managing an events budget
  • Collating KPIs from events


A minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role is essential. Applicants with previous experience working for a brand, PR or marketing company are encouraged.
IT, MS Office suite, clerical and administrative skills are essential.
Familiarity with Salesforce is beneficial.

Personal Qualities:

Professional, self motivated, adaptable, diplomatic and enthusiastic. Ability to work as part of a team. Excellent attention to detail as well as interpersonal and communication skills. Keen to progress, willing to learn and committed to developing themselves. An interest in luxury brands is an advantage but a willingness to get involved in all areas of the business is key.
